We strive to be a good corporate citizen at all our locations. Recognising our responsibility to work in partnership with the communities in which we operate, we actively support the Variety Club of Great Britain charity.

Nichols plc has been raising funds for the Variety Club for over six years and in that time, we have funded a total of 27 Vimto Variety Club Sunshine Coaches which have been presented to schools, homes and special needs facilities predominately in the North West.

About the Variety Club of Great Britain:

The Variety Club prides itself on being the greatest children's charity in the world.
Their aim is to improve the quality of life for children who are less fortunate than others. Sunshine Coaches give freedom and happiness to thousands of sick, idsabled and disadvantaged children, who would normally be confined to hospitals and homes without a chance to see the outside world.
It is estimated that each one will travel about 70,000 miles in its lifetime, taking its young passengers on trips for education, leisure, sports and fun - a lifeline to a brighter future.
